Susanna accepts returns for refund on FULL PRICE items provided that the items are returned within 14 days of the date of the online order confirmation. Susanna accepts returns for store credit credit on full price items within 15 to 30 days of the date of online order confirmation. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with original tags attached.
