NOTE: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE EVEN IF PURCHASED ONLINE. No returns or exchanges.

In-Store Return Policy

Items purchased at our Cambridge or Jamaica Plain stores must be returned within 7 days (with original tags and receipt) for money back and within 30 days for store credit. All sale items are FINAL SALE. 

Online Return Policy

Our online return policy is different than our in-store policy as we understand that customers have purchased an item without trying it on first. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re more than happy to accept your return. If you have any questions about items before purchase, please call or text 617-492-0334 (Cambridge) or 617-945-6880 (JP) during business hours and we can assist you.

Susanna LLC accepts returns for REFUND on FULL PRICE items provided that the items are returned within 14 days of the date of delivery. Susanna accepts returns for STORE CREDIT on FULL PRICE items within 15 to 30 days of delivery date. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with original tags attached. Please include your printed order page (provided in your package) with your return.

Once we receive your returned merchandise, your return will be processed within 5 business days. All refunds will be made in the method of original payment. The value of the merchandise plus any applicable tax will be refunded.

You can return merchandise IN-PERSON to either of our store locations.

By Mail

Prepaid Label

You can process a return via our website to receive a prepaid shipping label to be printed at home. Susanna charges an $8.95 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Begin a return by creating or logging into your customer account.

If you wish to handle return shipping on your own, you may mail the items back to:

We DO NOT reimburse the cost of return shipping. 
For shipping carriers/methods, we recommend using the most inexpensive option that provides a tracking number.  In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled, Susanna cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.

 

Please note that Susanna LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
