We ship within the U.S. and internationally. Shipping is free for purchases over $100 and a flat rate of $7.95 for purchases under $100. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS. We process and ship packages within 3 business days of purchase (usually sooner).

Returns
Susanna accepts returns for REFUND on FULL PRICE items within 14 days of the date of delivery. Susanna accepts returns for STORE CREDIT on full price items returned within 15 to 30 days of the date of delivery. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with original tags attached.
